No, the color of the unprotected area doesn't match the color that was covered by the original clear coat, but at least the deterioration has been halted. Apply the spray about 8 inches away from the surface, and move in back-and-forth motions. Apply two more coats. Be sure to follow the suggested wait times located on the can between each coating.
