Sculpting the Vortex State of a Spinor BEC - NASA/ADS
Webb1 juni 2024 · We study the vortex-lattice formation in a rotating {Rashba} spin-orbit (SO) coupled quasi-two-dimensional (quasi-2D) hyper-fine spin-1 spinor Bose-Einstein … Webb22 maj 2024 · In experiments, we prepare the initial state of the spinor BEC in a nearly AFM state by shining a π/2-pulse radio frequency radiation to the BEC on the ∣ mF = 0 level. We then shine a resonant microwave pulse with a frequency of 1.7716264 GHz on the atoms for 300 ms to remove the remaining atoms on the ∣ mF = 0 level to obtain an AFM state. Webban antiferromagnetic spinor Bose-Einstein condensate. By exploiting the orbit motion of a vortex dipole in a trapped condensate, we perform a collision experiment of two HQV pairs, and observe that the scattering motions of the HQVs is consistent with the short-range vortex interaction that arises from nonsingular magnetized vortex cores. local weather 11419
